The Product Development Center is a specialized facility designed to facilitate the creation of initial prototypes, enabling the comprehensive review and development of each process by a product engineer. 

The main goals of the Product Development Center are:
1. Accomplish urgent orders for low-volume, parts with the aim of enhancing customer satisfaction.
2. Enhance the capacity for developing the first articles.
3. Reduce the time taken from receiving a first article  order to commencing production.
